Diapers feature a dual-core absorption system that immediately wicks moisture and locks it away from sensitive skin

Parasol Co continues on its quest to deliver parents and their babies a superior performance, state-of-the-art disposable diaper. This August, the now three-year old company is determined to end the major cause of diaper rash—prolonged exposure to moisture. “We are in constant conversation with our parents, and the #1 thing they want is to open that diaper and see clear, healthy skin and not a red, irritated bottom,” says co-founder/CEO Jessica Hung. “We worked tirelessly with our global R+D team and worldwide network of vendors to innovate the right combination of materials and a new construction to make that a reality.” As the product name states, Clear+Dry diapers keep baby’s skin clear and drier, thanks to Parasol’s exclusive new RashShield protection, a dual-core absorption system that immediately wicks moisture and locks it away from sensitive skin. Improved to be softer, drier and comfier, this latest generation diaper is also lighter and sleeker, providing greater mobility for babies to develop and explore their world. Clear+Dry diapers are dermatologist-certified with a 5-Star Seal of Excellence for Sensitive Skin from the Dermatest research Institute. “Important to Parasol success has been our offering of fun, modern patterns for today’s millennial parents. With these new diapers, we were inspired by the casual fashion world of denim and tees that today’s parents love to live in,” says Hung. “Instead of the more predictable patterns of mainstream brands, this collection’s palette is modern minimalism in classic black and white.” Each package of diapers includes two clever patterns that are being delightfully received in comments by parents on the company’s Instagram posts: an artist’s abstract illustration of denim jeans (right down to the front zipper and stitched back pockets); and a tee shirt-inspired slogan, “See you at 2 AM”, a clever, insider wink to parents that Parasol knows the challenges of getting a full night’s sleep. For babies size 3 and up, Parasol continues with the success of its pull-up diaper pants, also now with RashShield protection. Sharing the same superior level of dryness, softness and comfort as the diapers, this Parasol “underwear “style is a parent favorite for active babies and potty training. With the introduction of new diapers, Parasol is also launching plant-based Clear+Pure Baby Wipes with natural aloe leaf extract to nourish and restore the skin’s natural pH balance. At this time, Parasol is also entering the baby personal care category with the introduction of Soft+Natural Baby Lotion and Calm+Natural Baby Shampoo-Body Wash. Both products are plant-based for sensitive skin; formulated with 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils, including calming lavender; and dermatologist-certified by the Dermatest research Institute. All products arrive in a newly designed package and a shipping box the company calls an “imagination box,”designed to integrate an animal-themed activity project and story time reading for parents and baby to share together. Hung explains, “Our company philosophy is based on encouraging a child’s imagination, so we’ve looked at every detail of the customer journey to make sure we are adding value to the experience of parenthood. Designing positive ways to reuse our boxes and packaging also demonstrates our eco-conscious commitment to making the world a better place for this next generation.” The new products are available now on a newly designed Parasol Co website, www.parasolco.com, which introduces a free, lifetime VIP Membership program representing the company’s best-ever value and savings. Each VIP Member box includes three packages of Clear+Dry diapers, four free packs of new Clear+Pure baby wipes, two free diaper gift packages to share with friends, and 20% off all future product purchases. The VIP Membership is free to join and lifetime benefits never expire. The other purchase option for parents is a more traditional subscription model without the added VIP perks. Both purchase options are detailed and compared on the website at https://www.parasolco.com/pages/membership.
